Our Grant Proposal (RFP) Process
The White Family Foundation has a two-step application process: the Online Letter of Intent Form or, LOI, and the Grant Proposal, or RFP (Request for Proposal).
We accept the LOI online form submissions from January 1st through to March 31st of each year. If the proposed project falls within the Foundation’s current program interests, Foundation staff will reach out to you by email, and your organization will be invited to complete the full Grant Proposal.
If invited, the Grant Proposal is due by May 31st of each year. You will provide the information as PDF documents, emailed in response to our grant coordinator’s invitation to submit. Please note that we prioritize organizations with an annual budget of less than $5 million and program or project requests under $25,000.00.
Your organization’s completed Grant Proposals will be reviewed by the Trustees and final decisions made before the end of calendar year. Grant requests approved by the Board will be paid the spring of the following year. All decisions and grantmaking authority rests with the Board of Directors.
